Hello,

Im Jesse. I have been lurking around the forums off and on for theast few years, have been listening to the historical podcasts recently, and am trying to figure out what I'm really interested in pursuing.  Right now I love the idea of flipping, and even owning rentals.  

I live in Oakland County, MI, and would like to start somewhat local to me.
