Add another Mike on the Newbie list

Hello everyone. My name is Mike and I am from the state of Michigan. Livingston county to be specific. Great state to live in especially if you enjoy the change of seasons. Sometimes you see a couple of them on the same day. My interest in being able to support myself  AND create my own work schedule is what has drawn me to real estate investing and also to this awesome learning website. So for now I am gathering ideas and information to better prepare myself for house flip number #1 when the opportunity has been located. To all the BPers out there. Have a great day.
