Hey everyone I'm currently a full time realtor in the Philadelphia, PA area.  My wife and I are looking for buy and hold multi-family properties with great cash flow.  Unfortunately, they are hard to come by in our area.  We have done a lot of research and have targeted the Cleveland, Jacksonville and Detroit areas.  We are looking for investor savory real estate agents in those areas.  Thanks!!

Any update on your findings?  My wife and I are seriously considering investing in both Brewerytown or Kensington.
