Hey everyone I'm currently a full time realtor in the Philadelphia, PA area.  My wife and I are looking for buy and hold multi-family properties with great cash flow.  Unfortunately, they are hard to come by in our area.  We have done a lot of research and have targeted the Cleveland, Jacksonville and Detroit areas.  We are looking for investor savory real estate agents in those areas.  Thanks!!

I would suggest checking out the metro detroit real estate investors Facebook group. It's an extremely active group with tons of valuable information!
