Hey Bryan I also struggle with this challenge.  Recently I have scheduled my whole week in advance which includes gym time, food shopping and meal preparation.  The schedule holds me accountable each day.  Oddly enough, I do not want to let the schedule down lol.  I have noticed following the schedule  and have had more energy and motivation.  Once the habit is reinforced, it becomes harder to break.  I hope this was helpful.

Hello BP. I was advised by a seasoned real estate investment to create different Trusts for all on my investment properties instead of using an LLC ? The investor makes himself the executor of each trust. For example if he bought a property at 123 main street, the trust would be called 123 Main street trust. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks in advance

Hello BP Members!! i havebeen a member on the site for a few years consuming the information on the forums and absorbing the content from the podcasts but i have not posted much on the forums. What are the best cities in 2018-2019 to use the BRRRR strategy? Also if I invest in multiple states, will I need hire different real estate attorneys familiar with the laws in each state? Thanks BP!
