Creating an LLC or Trust for investment properties

Hello BP. I was advised by a seasoned real estate investment to create different Trusts for all on my investment properties instead of using an LLC ? The investor makes himself the executor of each trust. For example if he bought a property at 123 main street, the trust would be called 123 Main street trust. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks in advance

The trust won't do anything to protect you from liability and if you are the trustee, it also won't protect your anonymity.  You need to check with @Scott Smith.  He has a bunch of blogs on here about this and related topics.
