hey Neetu,

I am a real estate agent that specializes in investing. I have been heavily focused on the BRRRR strategy for the past couple months. I have read a couple BRRRR books and have been non stop digging through bigger pockets videos on the BRRRR strategy. BRRRR is an amazing strategy. If you have any questions feel free to reach out!

Quote from @Aaron Gough:

If you are looking for a buyer:

-You can search tax records for buyers of similar opportunities in the past, then skip trace the buyer name to find the contact details --- I have never thought about this strategy. good idea.

-Meet-up groups

-Facebook groups

-Wholesaling groups if wholesaling is a thing in your area

-You can contact SFR funds active in your area and ask if you bring then properties to buy if they'll use you as your broker

If you are looking for an investor:

-In our area, doctors and high income earners are often active in investing in real estate and real estate development, if you're comfortable pitching them

-Meet up groups and facebook groups again are a good source of networking, just make sure "investors" aren't actually buyers who would cut you out of the deal

For either, try Boston REIA: https://boston-reia.com/

A loan from them is definitely ideal in that situation. remember you can set the terms so interest rates etc.. definitely take advantage of the BP tools to put together all the #s to pitch to them. I am an investor friendly agent in MA so, if you need any help finding and analyzing deals I would be glad to help!

Whats up BP! I am 20 years old and looking to get into Re investing. I have studied a bunch of different methods... House hacking, BRRR, Air Bnb arbitrage etc. I guess I just dont know where to start. I am currently a RE agent (just got my license) and own a auto detailing business so my time is flexible. I currently have somewhere around 20k saved up. I feel like I understand a bunch of different methods but dont really know good contractors and lenders and things along those lines. If anyone has any words of advice or knows of someone that can mentor me that would be awesome! Thanks BP!
