Hey all, I just spent two days (actually still here) at an exclusive Inner Circle event, (limited to 15 people) in Ft Lauderdale, surrounded by the best of the best in , marketing on LinkedIn, Publishing for RE Estate investors, raising private money, seller financing, A I and more. Oh, and we had the winner of Chopped cooking for us for two days!! I THOUGHT I knew it all, well..... So, what do you need? If I do not have the answer, I will get it for you.

What's the worst thing that can happen to you if you buy using Seller Finance?
Well yes, we talked about fraud. None of them nor do I do sub 2 deals,
Seller finance, well if you structure it the way we do, its very secure for both parties. Record the mortgage. Personal guarantee, Confession of Judgment and assignment of rent. Really not sure how much " better it can be structured,
