@Bill Plymouth Perspective. Take a few minutes once in a while and Youtube or Google parts of the world where you would not have the same freedom, you may not have internet, you may not even have clean drinking water. Perspective.

@Sree Vad I live in Orlando and Denver. I'll be doing a speaking event at the end of the month on Florida multifamily. Happy to connect anytime.

@Derrick U. Buy for cash flow vs appreciation, secure long-term conservative financing, have adequate cash reserves on hand. There is some great wisdom in the previous posts. Best of luck!

@Jeff Quinlan Good question, it really depends on so many factors; however, I am still achieving 7-10% annualized cash-on-cash returns in the apartment investing arena.  Lately I've been investing in Florida and Texas. Best of luck!

@Tony Karns I agree with @Tony Lin. Because of this rule of thumb, I invested in 200-600 unit complexes in the Dallas/Fort Worth Markets via apartment syndications to minimize risk and improve efficiencies. Best of luck!

@Account Closed Good question. Personally, I continue re-investing the cash flow to continue compounding the results.

@Dan Handford Good question, I have invested in both. I like individual deals, because you can cherry-pick which ones are best suited for your needs/goals and I like having new deal flow throughout the year, but I like the fund structure for diversification and protecting downside risk.

@Josh Oaten I just attended Adam Adams' Raising Money Summit in Denver, CO and I'll be attending Joe Fairless' Best Ever Conference in February 2020. Both of these events have a lot to do with apartment investing. Best of luck!

@Taylor Kochenderfer Good question. I invest in slighter larger multifamily deals (200-600 units) and I have been investing in Jacksonville, Tampa and the suburbs of Dallas...lately. Best of luck!
