To GET value, you must GIVE value. Consider working for free for that individual

Good question! What I would do (and did do recently) is divide the 100k into two or three different multifamily syndication offerings for diversified passive income. Assuming you meet the minimum investment and accredited requirements for each offering (if applicable). Best of luck!

Great topic! Consider these (3) "rules" when investing through a recession: #1 Buy for cash flow, not potential appreciation. #2 secure long-term conservative financing. #3 Have cash reserves on hand. Most investors who followed this advice made it through the last recession without losing their property.

I have invested in 7 deals with Ashcroft Capital. I have also invested with 12-14 other syndication groups. I have had a very positive experience working with Ashcroft over the past several years and I recently joined their team. Happy to discuss and answer any questions. thank you everyone. To clarify, I have been investing in multi-family residential deals with an annualized cash-on-cash of 10-12% and IRRs of 18-20%. Sounds like that is in line with industry standards at this stage in the cycle.

Are there investments that pay higher without taking excessive risk?

Just curious, I am investing in a few multifamily syndication deals that pay 12% annually. Is anyone finding better results?
