I just sent my paperwork in yesterday for my LLC in Delaware. I just used the forms they have on the website, and sent them a check for $90.00. I didnt even think about personal liability insurance.

I do know the paperwork is a breeze; its one page, with a coversheet. Both of which they provide for free on the website.

I agree with mtgcoach. Ive had sunrocket for about 7 months, and its great. I got in when they were giving out free phones at signup. Being I had only a cellphone, this was a pretty sweet deal.

One thing though.[/b] You need to have a decent internet connection, especially if you're networking computers, and they will be sharing a single connection.

I live with 3 other people, and we have 3 total computers, all networked. If you are running say 512-768k dsl, with 2 or more online doing something, and you get a call, you will get dropped calls. It relies on bandwidth, of course. I have 10 meg fiber optic from verizon, so its no problem now.

From my experience, dont try it if you have anything under 768 dsl or equivelent. If you dont have a bandwidth issue, then go for it. Its awesome.

I doubt the car matters alot either. (On the extreme side, I wouldnt show up in a 72 baja super beetle with no hood. Not saying thats not a nice a car....)

If you're not confident in your car, see if you can borrow a buddys/family member/co-worker.

If you are "pre qualifying" people heavily over the phone, you should be showing up at houses with individuals who dont care too much about what kind of car you drive.

I went to meet with a homeowner last month with my mentor. I wore pants, flip flops, and a polo type shirt. He wore pants, a casual type shoe, and a polo style shirt. (It was unseasonably warm here january 15th. It went to 72.)

In the summer he wears shorts, a casual type shoe or flip flops/sandals, and a button up or polo shirt. From what I have seen so far, people who need to sell couldnt care less what you wear. As long as you act professional, have some business cards, and are prepared, you should be able to wear whatever makes you comfortable. (I wouldnt show up with a torn jeff gordon t shirt, and grass-stained shorts though.)

There is a female investor around here who wears nothing but sun dresses and sandals in the summer. (Shes an attractive lady, so its probably more for her benefit than anything.

My cousin (who Im very close to) graduated with a psychology degree in 2002, and for a lack of better terms, quit it. By september of 2006, she said she simply could not deal with so many people, with so many problems anymore. She claimed it really started to affect her, and her personal life. She started free lancing jobs as an interior designer, and couldnt be happier.

Anyway, I admire your dedication to that field of work. My cousins situation made me realize that that profession takes more mental toughness than I (and she) had thought. I remember when she graduated I said something along the lines of, "Man, your on easy street now! Schools over!"

That was far from the truth, for her.

I dont read alot, but I listen to alot of music. Ill go with "lateralus" by tool. There is some verbal inspiration for me in the song, but mostly its purely the music. I wish the question would have been, "what inspires you", then this would fit.
