Appearance & REI.
How important is appearance when investing in Real Estate?
I know not to meet up with a buyer or seller wearing torn faded jeans and a ripped t-shirt but is it necessary to always wear a suit,or is a nice casual button up dress shirt and dress pants acceptable?
Also, would the vehicle you drive make a difference? Because I drive a 92 Ford Bronco and I dont know if I would be taken serious as a Investor or not. :groovy:
