Great answers guys thanks alot.. and yes I plan on wholesaling the property on buying and reposting on the market for sale. I was thinking of transactional funding, gap funding, or just double closing

She only knows because she seen me over at the place and I own the property next door so she figured I owned this property as well. I didnt want her to know that I own so I made it appear as I'm just manager/supervisor for a company that owns it. 

I'm purchasing a property and the ex tenant ais requesting that they left important  stuff in the house, (which they didn't) after leaving it abandoned for 2 months . is this considered abandonment??  The ex tenant is requesting that I owe them  for throwing their stuff away. Pls reply what do you think??

I would like to purchase a property that is worth as  is 200,000 . The Seller and I have a good connection and he agrees to sell me the  building for only $11,000  just so he won't be out of pocket. the building is a vacant distressed 18 unit building. How may I raise the funds or be able to get a small line of credit to purchase this property? Pls Help
