I would like to purchase a property that is worth as  is 200,000 . The Seller and I have a good connection and he agrees to sell me the  building for only $11,000  just so he won't be out of pocket. the building is a vacant distressed 18 unit building. How may I raise the funds or be able to get a small line of credit to purchase this property? Pls Help
