Just curious, how do you plan on getting 100% financing? Through a private lender?
Hey BP, I recently passed my real estate exam and am looking for a brokerage in Fort Wayne, IN to work for. Does anyone have any insight as far as an investor friendly real estate company or real estate agents that work for a company? Or even a real estate company that has stood out to you or one that has a good training program etc. Anything helps! Thanks, Tom

Hey BP,
Hope everyone's having a good evening.
So here's the situation. I am looking into moving to the Wilmington, NC area and just wanted some general insight from people that live in the area.
How is the market for landlords and house flippers?
Or is there any other cities on the coast of NC that I should look into?
I know that is a very broad question but I am just looking for any advice that I can get.
Thanks!

That's awesome, good for you. Did the bank have any problems with you financing 15% of the DP?

It's really not hard to register. Don't let that overwhelm you. There's websites to find if your name is available and then register your LLC. You Can go to Your Secretary of State or legalzoom.com and in Indiana it's $90. Not to bad

Hey BP, Could someone give me a run down of how 1031 exchanges work? I understand that the benefit is you do not have to pay capital gains tax, but how does it work exactly? Any feedback would be great. Thanks, Tom
