Jack Middleton I do not think that is good practice for this real estate agent. I recently got my license and think that your clients are the number one priority and should always be returning calls/texts regardless of the situation, and underwriting is a typical procedure so I don't see any reason for him not to be returning your calls. Cody May I read your story and it seems like we have a lot of the same goals. I ultimately want to be a buy and hold investor as well. And That's awesome to hear what you want to do with real estate and to see that there are like minded people our age. I am 22 years old as well!
