Hello, my name is Logan Braunecker, and I'm 18 years old. I have always been interested in Real Estate, but I seriously started to think about investing when I thought about my future. My goal is to own two properties by the time I'm out of college, and I would like the properties to bring in enough cash flow to cover my rent. I'm currently just trying to gain enough information about real estate investing before I invest. I'm excited to begin preparing for my future.
