Come talk with others that are interested in the mid-Michigan area for real estate investing.  We welcome investors of all skill and experience levels. This is a networking event that meets monthly.  Occasionally, we will bring in a guest speaker, but mainly we take the time to learn from each other.  March will be only networking... maybe a little eating... maybe a beer (at your own cost).  It is a good time with some really great people.

Welcoming all levels of investors/people with interest in real estate - investors, realtors, wholesalers, rehabbers... Network with us for a couple hours.

This month we have a special guest speaker from Equity Trust Company. Dean will be at our meeting to show you how you can invest in real estate using your IRA. Monthly meetup to discuss/network with others interested in the Saginaw/Bay/Midland real estate market.

Come and network with others in the tri-city area about real estate. Meet other like-minded investors. Bring questions, deals, solutions, or anything you think other investors might be interested in. In September, we will have a couple hours of networking time to check up on progress and the state of real estate in mid-Michigan. Coming in October, we will bring a representative from Equity Trust to discuss investing with your IRA.

This month will be a networking meeting.  Stop by to meet people with similar interests, discuss strategies, learn or bring any deals you may have.  People of all experience levels welcome.

July meeting is all about networking.  Come and meet others investing in the area.  Bring deals if you have any.  We will get an update on the real estate market in the area from a local realtor.  This is a great opportunity to meet others in the area that are looking to invest in the tri-cities.
