When you say 98th and Indiana. Is it south of 98th? 

98th is the cut off between Lubbock ISD and LCISD  

lubbock Cooper isd is important to many people. People pay more for that district.

Which would keep the tenants and us in compliance.

We have a rental in an HOA in Texas.

How would you interpret this as a number of occupants?

The subdivision shall be used for private single family residences only. The term “family” as used herein shall mean one or more persons related by blood, adoption, or marriage, living and cooking together as a single housekeeping unit, exclusive of  household servants or a number of persons, but not exceeding two (2) living and cooking together as a single housekeeping unit though not related by blood, adoption or marriage. 

There are four professionals renting the house. Two related. Two unrelated. 

How much info do I give the HOA and not break tenant privacy.

I’m here in Victoria also. Seems like there is a shortage of housing at certain prices due to hurricane harvey. Some of this stuff seems over priced. 

But there are still lots of houses that need work. There are deals here.

I don’t know if that info on the site is any good, the meet up place has been out of business for a while. 

What sort of info are you looking for. My family and I have been doing buy and hold rentals for a while there in Lubbock.
