I am in the process of building duplexes. My plan is a total of 28. I am building one at a time due to only have 20% down for the loan. I have turned in a bid of 163k for the build on each one. It's only costing 115-120. When I get to number 5. I run out of debt to income. How can I borrow on speculative income?
