Speakers: Betty Cruz & Ruben Galindo
Topic: Mid-Term Rentals

This month, join BREW for a question-and-answer style panel discussion on mid-term rentals, featuring two incredible panel guests, Ruben Galindo and Betty Cruz. They will be sharing their insights and expertise on this growing trend.

*Betty loves the many benefits of real estate, especially the fact that its profits support her travel obsession. She bought her first rental house 6 years ago and owns a total of 12 doors, 1 owner finance, and 2 arbitrage Airbnbs. She runs 8 mid-term Airbnbs. She also manages her partner’s 7 rentals. The rest of her portfolio is in passive real estate investments. These real estate endeavors keep her busy enough and support the travel bug!

*Ruben's journey from the Air Force Reserves and law enforcement to real estate is truly inspiring. His passion for financial independence has led him to become a successful investor. Part of his portfolio is owning and operating two mid-term rentals. As an investor-friendly real estate agent, Ruben brings unique advantages to the table. Don't miss the opportunity to get to know Ruben before his talk on Thursday! Visit his YouTube channel and website to learn more about his journey.
