Topic: The Keys to Successfully Managing Your Flips For Big Profits
Managing Flips successfully is something many don’t do very well. In this presentation, I’ll be sharing the main keys you must have to manage EVERY flip in a profitable way with little headaches.
Jon Barbera has been working construction since he was 12 years old. He has extensive experience with rehabbing over one thousand homes along with flipping over 120 properties as a real estate investor. He runs a real estate investment company out of San Antonio where they focus on wholesaling and flipping most their deals along with a small rental portfolio. He’s also started coaching other investors around the country on how to scale from a few deals a year $250K/yr+
