They are vertically integrated and have experience in managing all aspects of acquiring, renovating, and repositioning single-family, multifamily, RV parks, and mobile home communities. They have a track record of delivering consistent returns to investment partners with over 100 successfully completed real estate investing projects since 2015. Vecno Capital has ownership interest in over 700 units in the great state of Texas. They also do third party manage over 350 units through their property management company Vecno Management.
