Thanks@Mark Swim. I used BLG "Business Lending Group" for my last five transactions. They seem to give me competitive rates with a 25 yr amort. which I like. I do like to compare rates and lenders now and again. Rates have gone up this past month 👎 But I would say BLG is worth a call. They offer loans through smaller credit unions who do not hold loans in house like Fox CU, Verve etc.

@Mark Swim, last month I closed on two duplexes off market and wrote two individual OTP's.  I financed both rentals through hte same lender, but it kept both transactions cleaner for my business today and in the future.

Who do you use for your commercial lending as I am in Green Bay as well?  What is your typical interest rate and terms.  I am currently getting 5yr/ 25yr amort. between 4.35-4.50%
