I am starting my investing path and since I rent my current residence, I've picked a strategy to move out and begin with owner occupied 3-4 unit property.

 Considering any proved location around Chicago, as well as Kenosha, WI. 

Is there any active investors / real estate agents / potential partners from Kenosha ?
