new guy to investing

Im just really getting started with investing. When I do something, I want to do it right. No exceptions. I want to properly learn the systems to success in real estate investing. Im looking to flip two or three houses at first then move into obtaining rental properties. I have numerous questions as to the first few steps to getting this new venture off the ground flawlessly. I recently attended a Fortune Builders three day course. I picked up a good bit of new information but they left a lot of things hidden and if you didnt have unlimited funds and/or good credit, they didnt want anything to do with you. Im looking to find out if there are any known lenders that are willing to work with starters? Also, is it absolutely necessary to have an LLC set up to get a loan or could I include the cost/fees of that in my first loan then the second loan I will have it set up?

Ill keep the questions to a minimum until I get a full grasp on how this forum thing works.

thanks

@Darrin Davis, you're are at the right place. Lots of actionable resources at BP. Funny, one of the flips I was considering was a big lake house on Lake Shoal, in Griffin (1750 Cardinal Lane, Griffin). Couldn't make the numbers work with the scope of rehab and the bank's asset manager wasn't budging. Good luck.

Curious....what did you think of the Mastery program? Did you sign up for it?
