So I usually do traditional real estate, but lately my company has been receiving Performing and Non performing Note, most are not mortgages. Where do I find buyers?

Hello and welcome to BP. So, you probably would be interested in Performing Notes/CFD the usuallly go for 60-75 cents on the dollar. In that case you would have to get the collateral files to do most of your due diligence. However, I have a few things for you to look at that might peak your interest in the TX market.

@Account Closed With 15k, you can find a market like Detroit, or some parts in OH to buy a property fix and flip or rent out and hold. Or offer Seller's Financing and get some of your finds back from the down payment
