@Clint E. @Michaela G. , The deduction is the reason our company will flourish. We finance our own loans. We also have notes around the US. Performing and non- performing. If you continue to create home ownership no matter what the market conditions are like, the conditions wont be as relevant to you.

What areas are you interested in investing in? The best way to get your feet wet is to look at the inventory companies have avaialble then evaluate whether or not it's a good deal.
