Hey Guys-I am needing some help here. My friend is moving to New Jersey & he is needing to know decent areas where to buy a multifamily property. Thanks in advance & any suggestion/advice is appreciated.

Too bad the meet ups are in the middle of the month-I will be in Wichita from March 1st till March 7th closing on 3 duplexes. May be next time I will be able to connect and network with local investors. 

My brain calculates it as 48+10+10+7=75

Lot of great info on this thread. I am more focused on the cash flow and appreciation is added bonus for me-I invest mainly in MN, KS & lately looking into OK.

Wow some great suggestions. I’ll have to read profit first as that’s the only one I missed from the list.

@Matt Moreland I believe James Jani had a great YouTube video about fake gurus as well. I enjoyed the quality content.
