@Dimitar Popov we have the meeting of the rockford real estate investors association. We meet the second Wednesday of every month. It's at 6 p.m. at 6776 East State Street Rockford Illinois. On average, we get between 30 and 40 people.

@Robert Shedden it is the second Wednesday of the month. I took the club over about 3 years ago and have changed it up a bit. Did you go when it was at crash-1?

I have found in Rockford, it is pretty landlord friendly. Evictions only take about a month from start to finish if you're on the ball and give your notice has right away. As for working with the city oh, I have found him to be very reasonable. I don't always agree with them, however we usually work things out.

I suggest you join us at the Rockford real estate investors association. This is not your typical investors meeting. We don't bring in speakers who try and sell you high-priced books and seminars. It really is a group of people who are active investors along with people starting out.

We are a group of real estate investors in the Rockford area. Our purpose is to provide an open forum where both experienced and novice investors can ask questions, offer advice and learn from each other.
