@Neal Collins if an agent is referring an owner for management then typically $250 - $500 once the property is leased. If the agent is referring a tenant $50 - $100 once tenant signs lease.

@Stone Teran @Thomas S. I would advise that the rental unit comes with window units and they will remain. If they really want the property then they will still rent.

@Neal Collins Hi I am a Broker in Memphis, TN.  and this has always been my agreement with referring agents. Most Real Estate agents are not in the business of managing property so they pass them along. In my opinion it is only fair to give to give back to the agents. It is a wi/win for all involved!
