Hi, could someone tell me if Millville is a good place to invest in?  I am thinking of investing in multifamilies there.

Can someone please tell me where are good places to invest that are growing in Pennsylvania?  I'm looking for multi families.  Anywhere from 10 to 20 units.  Thanks!

Do you normally need a real estate attorney to close a transaction in Allentown Pennsylvania?

I’m recently looking to invest in the Lehigh valley, Bethlehem, Easton and Allentown.  Does anyone know if these areas are landlord friendly?

are there any laws in allentown, pa in regards to tenant eviction.  For example in ny, we cannot evict a tenant if the building is a rent stabilize building.  Meaning if it has 6 or more apartments.  Is that the case in Pennsylvania.

Hi,  are you a mortgage broker?  I am looking for a mortgage in pennsylvania, thanks.

Hi Todd, I am looking for Multi-families, but don't mind getting some single families if they are easy to manage.  I am looking to be a mostly passive investor.  Time is an important factor for me and I don't have much time to do renovations and manage the properties.  I would also need good property managers to manage the properties for me.  I really do like multi-families because its like getting many single families all under one roof.  For example, I think generally it would be cheaper to purchase a 10 units in one building versus 10 single family homes.  Probably get about the same of income I'm guessing.  Certainly it would be more efficient to manage and so that would lower the expense. I would ideally like to have both cash flow and potential for appreciation.  Thanks!
