In No, buying property in PA. Do I need a LLC in PA too?

I'm in NJ, created parent LLC and will create dub llcs for properties. Unexpected opportunity came up to buy in PA. Do I need a parent and sub LLC in PA? Do I need to pay for a registered agent in PA?

@Carla Cooper

It depends on the situation. But as a general rule, I would own real estate using an LLC from that particular state. So if you want to purchase a Pennsylvania property, I would use a PA LLC. The NJ LLC could own the PA LLC if you see the need for it.
