Hi, I am new here at bp. I recently heard about Tulsa and was wondering if anyone has any experience on where it would be good to invest in Tulsa?

I agree it is easier to buy 10 units at once istead of 10 SFR. But keep in mind the multi family market in Oklahoma is different. WE have alot of land and do not build alot of MF. We can just expand out and build more SFR. Because of this much of the multi family is either overpriced or old. Much of the Multi family rents for $500-700 per month and the SFR is easily in the $900-1300 per month. These two price ranges draw drastically different tenants. I would say the income is not nearly the same and my experience in managing these properties is that the headache with the small multi is much higher....at least in our market in Oklahoma.
