Hey Ravi, I’m in tobyhanna township too.  Did you ever get your permit?  What ended up happening ultimately with the septic with the township?

Can someone recommend a trust and estate attorney who specializes in real estate in ny?

Hi, can anyone refer a good and reasonably price real estate litigation attorney? I might need to litigate a matter with a buyer claiming some issues during the contract. I'm in nyc and prefer attorney to be in nyc in case need to go to court. Thanks for any referal!

Hi Greg, how much time would you say you spend a week on managing your str's?  Thanks!

Quote from @Gregory Miller:

Well, I only have 3 STR, so maybe I should be asking you for advice! however I have gotten some great tips from "Optimize your Airbnb" by Daniel Rusteen, specifically I now use price labs, hospitable, and I just signed up for noiseaware; it hasn't been a problem for me, but some other hosts in my neighborhood have had issues with loud parties etc, so I want to stay on top of that. I also hire cleaners and keep clear communication so I can make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I don't believe it will ever be totally passive because human nature being what it is, cleaners etc will start to cut corners if I'm not on top of it. The programs I mentioned will take care of 80-90% of the workload, but I do still monitor my communication so I can stay on top of any issues. Checkout Rusteens book, he does have some great tips.

Hi, does anyone know how I can find out if a property has a mortgage on it and how much that mortgage is?  Is there a website I can go on to get that information?  Is it public record?  Thanks!  The property is in pinellas county (clearwater)

Hi, I have about 5 short term rentals and I'm wondering how do I make them as passive as possible without having to pay a property manager 25%?

Hi,  can anyone recommend a good property management company for managing multi-families.  I have been disappointed with my management company for some time now.  It is incredibly hard to find a property manager that is on top of everything and have a system in place.  Much appreciated!
