@Byron Scott

Proud of you! Being committed for 8 years will pay off if you keep at it and do your homework before growing your portfolio.

The problem with going to 10 banks means your credit is being pulled 10 times. Ouch.

Chris is right. Wanting more than 75% LTV loan will give you a high interest rate. I'm a loan broker and I thought maybe I could help, but you seem to be in search of something unrealistic. In terms of the LLC, we allow loans to properties under LLC ownership.

Feel free to message me if interested.

We lend 30 days after ownership. However, we only lend to a max of 4 units per property.

If you're talking refinancing, we only require 0-5 points down. It all depends how you want to structure the deal tho.

I'm a loan broker and would love to help, but without lease contracts, it's hard.

This is simply not true. I'm a loan broker for a private and portfolio lender and they do not demand LLC ownership.

I'm a loan broker with Visio. Feel free to message me and I'll see if there's a way around this clause.

Hey Carlos,

My company refinances after 30 days of ownership if qualified. Of course, every company is different, but yes, it's possible.

Hey Jonathan,

I saw your recent posts about seeking investment opportunities in the Virginia market.

In 2016, Richmond was ranked as one of America's hottest markets for investors.

I'm a licesned agent and I have a team that is well experienced.

If you're still interested in branching out, let me know!
