Looking to beef up my rental portfolio, banks won't finance. HELP

Hi guys! I currently have one duplex (fully rented) and own a condo (which I live in).

I'm a real estate agent which means I DON'T have a W2 which makes financing (even investment property) a much simple process.

I've heard of no income verification loans with 25% down. I know the interest rates can be higher with those programs but would like to know more (Good or Bad idea)

Credit score/record are good; Scores range between 707 and 725

Thank you in advance!!!
