You can get a HELOC on an investment house through Desert Financial but only one. If you live or work or have some connection outside of Phoenix like in Tucson you may have other options through credit unions there.

 Bi-fold doors are a pain in the butt!! I had 6 sets of those at my 4plex and replaced them all with sliding closet doors.

I have not used them but I have had good interaction with Chase Furnas Property Management.

When I did my years ago I used Academy Mortage.  They had an entire division in KS that only did the 203k part.
