Please recommend a PM in Greenville SC

Hi,

I have a townhome in greer SC, great location, great school. It has been on the market for 75 days, still not rented. My current PM is a large flat fee PM company, they just give out the code to the lockbox to potential renters, without being there. So I feel this might be the reason it has not been rented yet.

Can someone please recommend a good PM so my property gets some personal attention?
