Facebook and Instagram are also places to connect with wholesalers.  Take a look - there might be a FB group for wholesalers in your area!

@Dylan Boyd I went thru a company called VA4REI based in the Philippines.  @Tim Cook referred me to them. Let me know if you have questions. I've only been working with my VA for 1 week though.

I asked my real estate agent and property manager about local wholesalers.  I reached out to them and got placed on their buyer's list.  You can also ask folks on BP about local wholesalers and even ask to placed on buyer's list on some Facebook groups.

After a few days of cold calling, we are getting about 30% saying it's a wrong number.  What's your experience?  Does that seem reasonable?  For background, we pulled our list from Propstream and used Propstream to skiptrace as well.  Thanks!

@Patrick Jackson I'm getting started on Podio and there are a lot of options and ways to customize.  Any advice on starting out or anything to avoid in Podio?

@Justin Reed Wow, this is first I've heard (sorry newbie here) about incorporating assessor data into the mailing campaign and to make it more concrete to prospects.  Can I reach out to learn more?
