@Marcus Maloney

I can help you with setting up your apps in Podio. Here is a video of how we have set up ours for wholesaling.

@Larmon Cummings Jr

To integrate Evernote into Podio go to "my account" / "account settings" / "services" / "connect". Don't worry, I made a screenshot for you.

To integrate Google Voice you have to do it at the app level. It's a little more advanced so I just made a video that shows you how to do this.

I hope this answers your question. Good luck with Podio!

@Brian Woods

Even though Podio is free to sign up - there aren't any free app suites that are set up for wholesaling or real estate investing.  I made a video that shows how we set ours up for wholesaling. Hopefully, this will give you some ideas.

@Erik K.

Is there a fee to come to the meeting? I haven't been to a meeting at the River City venue but i like the format.

Also, I have three killer deals in Riverside that I haven't even emailed to my buyers list yet. I would like to present them and I was wondering where I send the info to and what to send (exactly). I have webpages and flyers for them, so just let me know.

I have already RSVP'd and I look forward to meeting both you and Elizabeth there.

@Andrea Lizcano Summers

Listsource is a great source for absentee owners and free and clear. We pay .08 per record but we have a corporate account. We also mail to vacant houses, probate and estate properties too, just to name a few lists.

@Christopher Goldie

There are a lot of companies that sell leads! Fast Home Offer, Housebuyer Network, Z Buyer and the list goes on ... They are expensive!

 I'd like to clarify - @Christopher Goldie

 I think she meant purchasing leads. Listsource provides property records to mail to. Once they call and the form is filled out then it's a lead.

@Andrea Lizcano Summers

 Please clarify what you meant by leads.

@Andrea Lizcano Summers

Buying leads is VERY expensive! You would be better of just using that money to advertise and generate your own leads.  I'm not sure what your budget is but for example you could mail post cards or yellow letters. Then each time you close a deal contribute 15% of the net profits back into marketing.

In regard to a CRM with autoresponder those are two separate items. I would recommend Aweber or Mail Chimp for the autoresponder. As far as Free CRM's go I like Podio.

I hope this points you in the right direction. Good luck!

Post: Funding Partner Needed for Rehab and Prehab Projects in Jacksonville, FL

Make 40% of Net Profits or 15% Interest (whichever is greater)

We are real estate wholesalers and rehabbers with more than 16 years experience. We are seeking funding to do more rehabs and will pay 50% of net profits - secured by a first mortgage @ 70% LTV or less (includes repairs).

We are looking for private funding partners to do more rehab deals in 2015! We've got the properties, have the contractors to do the rehab work, and we have the buyers when the properties are finished. You fund the deals and we'll do ALL the work - you get 40% of the net profits.

Please respond if interested.
