Our next Lifeonaire Connect Nashville meeting has been scheduled!
TOPIC: THE FOUR STAGES OF FINANCIAL PROSPERITY
As many of you know, we have been working diligently to find a centrally located spot to hold our monthly meetings, a place where covid restrictions didn’t forbid gatherings of more than 10 people. Unfortunately, that eliminated most Davidson Co spots for now.
However, we have found a fantastic spot in the Cool Springs area that is plenty big, already set up with AV equipment, and ready to roll.
I’ve decided to make the meetings once per month on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 6:00pm – 8:00pm. Because we were having a hard time finding a spot we missed the meeting for March. Therefore we are having our March meeting on April 6th and afterwards we will get back to the regular schedule of 4th Tuesday of each month.

6:00 – 6:30 – Meet and Greet. Don’t miss this part of the meeting! Networking is the one thing that will take you further and faster in your career than anything else you can do. Nobody knows everything and no one has all the resources they need for every deal. However, you can and will meet people who need what you have to offer (even if it’s only time) and you will meet folks who can offer what you’re missing.
6:30 – 7:15 – The Four Stages of Financial Prosperity. Steve Cook, founder of Lifeonaire, will present the four stages of financial prosperity. This will be eye-opening to most folks. It will change the way you think. The concept is truly that powerful.
7:15 – 7:45 - We will have open discussions about what it means to be successful and prosperous in the real estate investing business.
7:45 – 8:00 – I’ll let you know how you can get more involved in the Lifeonaire Connect Nashville group and we’ll have a Q&A session about anything we have discussed.
You don’t want to miss this meeting, it may change your life. I know that sounds like hyperbole but I sincerely believe it’s true.
This is in the Cool Springs mall area so obviously there are dozens of restaurants and bars nearby if you want to continue networking after the meeting or if you want to grab a bite before the meeting starts.
