Hi BP!

I am looking for a property management company to manage a luxury townhome located in gated community in Upper Marlboro, MD. Does anyone have any referrals?

@Ozzy Sirimsi, would it be okay if we connected as I am looking to purchase some investment properties in Baltimore, and I need an agent that knows they lay of the land?

In looking at the Section 8 rates for Baltimore on http://resources.baltimorecountymd.gov/Documents/housing/housingdatasummarysheet.pdf, I was wondering if these are the rates that the government will pay regardless of neighborhood in Baltimore or are these suggested rates?  I am new to Section 8 rentals and need more information on how it works.

@Christopher Haynes @Laticia Braxton @Coles Mercier thank you guys for the recommendation!  After looking in at properties in the 21206 zipcode, I believe you are definitely right.  The neighborhoods seem much more stable.

@Ozzy Sirimsi I am looking for buy and holds up to $100k.  I am not the most familiar with Baltimore, but in my several visits in looking at homes, I like the Milton-Montford, Patterson Park, McElderry and the neighborhoods surrounding John Hopkins Hospital.  However, I am open to other neighborhoods as I need an agent that is well versed with Baltimore City.

Hey BP!  I am looking for a real estate agent that understands the Baltimore City market.  I am looking to purchase some buy and hold properties.

Are there any banks that provide conventional loans under $50k?
