Thanks Brian Eastman for the info. I have contacted all of my local entities and they do not deal with that type of investment. Will do more research on BP as well as your site.

My company was just bought out and the merge took place on July 1. My 401k has been frozen where I cannot do anything with it as of rite now. I am looking for a firm or someone to talk to about investing that 401k into a self directed IRA when the time comes available. I want to use the IRA to invest in real estate. If any one knows of how this can be done or send me in the right direction it would be

Nate S. Looks like the mold was probably caused from the washer leaking or something of that nature. I would use green rock which is a sheet rock that better handles moisture. Then use kiltz primer to prime with. I would use the green rock in your wet areas such as laundry, bath, and kitchen.
