My partner and I both are software engineers by trade and have been in the Valley for almost 20 years. We buy-and-hold a few out-of-state properties and want to build out our portfolio with more local properties.

We will finance the deal, manage the rehab, and sell the property. We can pay commission up-front on closing and will profit share more on an agreed percentage. Since we are just starting out here, we will share more.
