I am working on getting my rentals refinanced under my LLC. I have talked to Lima One and their quoted rates look pretty decent. Anyone has other mortgage/finance companies to recommend so I can get a few more quotes to compare? thanks

I am looking at a property offered by a wholesaler in Northern California. Is there anything to watch out for for purchasing an "assignable purchase contract"? Do I need to hire a lawyer to review the contract? Or a title company is sufficient?
