I am looking at a San Jose property where it needs major repair. Is it fair to assume $250 per sqft be the cost? What is the best, avg, worst scenario?

Also wonder how long will it take to get expansion permits from the city.

Thanks for the awesome introduction. We are extremely interested in getting some rehab projects under our belts, which is like adding a new skill in our RE toolbox. Being closer will allow us to manage the process better and contribute more. 

Out-of-state properties are still attractive, but we have not identified partners that we can trust and work with yet.
