You can look at all the sales in a particularly area or city that are absentee owned by a corporation or an individual. When you get to the purchase page..... Select partial list and sort by zipcode to see where most of the activity is.

Greetings BP Family,

Can anyone recommend a good HVAC company to install a whole new system plus ductwork in a Baltimore City townhouse? How much should I expect to pay to convert a 2 story townhouse plus a finished basement from radiators to a forced air system? Are there any rehabbers in Baltimore keeping radiators in their flips or is that a major turnoff to homebuyers? I'm just wondering if it's worth the extra expense? I'm also considering installing the ductless HVAC system as an alternative. Thanks for any suggestions or input in advance

Check out BMR Management. They were recently recommended to me and they work with all of the numerous government programs in Baltimore.

I have had good experiences with The Mount Washington Group. They will only handle lead free properties however. My Hard Money Lender also recommended Glenn Mostow so I may use him in the near future. Another good one is Denise Uhrin who owns many properties and manages them as well. I usually like my PM to also place the tenants so they will be motivated to find quality ones. Good luck.

I have had good experience with Andrea Mann at Century 21 in finding rental properties throughout Baltimore City. She knows the different areas very well and will send you lots of properties within your price range. She has also been great at sending me comps for houses that I am interested in purchasing. In the last few months I have referred her to two others who quickly found investment properties in Baltimore. Tell her that I recommended her and you won't be disappointed.

Check out The Mount Washington Group in Pikesville, MD.
