Hi there! I am currently JVing on a flip in Texarkana, and wondering if any of you can recommend a Title Company and/or Attorney in that area. Current Title Company is VERY SLOW so looking for other recommendations.

Hey @Ray Agosto, I am nearby in Monmouth County. I would love to understand how you would leverage this information. Also, @Account Closed...do you have to have a specific property in mind to perform this search? Or does it pull all info for all properties in that county?

I am also a newbie investor from Jersey looking toward my first flip. I would highly recommend reading J Scott's book "The-Book-On-Flipping-Houses". It is a wealth of information!

Have you contacted any home stagers? They will come out for a consultation, and you can either hire them to do the work that they recommend, or just pay for their ideas and implement yourself.

@Pavs Doychev Congrats on digging in and making things happen! This really hits home for me since my current 60+ hrs a week job has held me back from finding my first deal. I just assume that it's not possible to take on a flip, and so I am defeated before I even start. 

I am very interested to hear how you managed these deals while working full time. Sharing details could serve as the inspiration some of us need to get out of our own way...
