Hi All! 

Well this is officially my second day on BP! What an awesome site! 

I wanted to introduce myself and what I'm looking to get out of this experience. I'm Rob, I'm 26 and a Part time Licensed Real Estate Agent in New Jersey. I'm really eager to get into real estate investment. I'm looking to get into renting out single family and multi-family homes, and eventually would love to get into flipping homes to either rent out or sell. I primarily like the more rural, and suburban areas like Wanaque, Oakland, Wayne etc.. I'm extremely ambitious, as everyone on this site is lol and I'm always open to new friendships, and business opportunities. I would really like to strike up a solid business relationship/partnership with a GC or investor and just see where things go. 

If I can help anyone anyway possible let me know! I've read quite a few posts on BP and it looks like this is an awesome community to be a part of!
